Our Story

Ireland's photography
marketplace.

PicturePerfect.ie was built to solve a simple problem: finding a great photographer in Ireland takes too long, costs too much in wasted time, and produces too many disappointing surprises.

We're launching with a clear mission — build the most trusted, transparent, and complete photography directory in Ireland. Free to join during our launch phase.

Why We Exist

Finding a photographer
shouldn't be this hard.

Before PicturePerfect.ie, finding an Irish photographer meant trawling through Instagram, hoping wedding forums had recent recommendations, or paying a premium for a well-known name when equally talented photographers existed three miles away.

We're building Ireland's first proper photography marketplace: searchable by service and county, where every listing is reviewed before it goes live, pricing is shown only when the photographer sets it, and nothing about the marketplace is exaggerated. Clients describe a shoot once; photographers get relevant jobs and keep 100% of their fee.

Photographer working

Every listing is screened — genuine business and portfolio details required before going live.

What We Stand For

Built on four principles.

Quality over quantity
Every application is screened for genuine, coherent portfolio and business details before any listing goes live — spam and fake submissions are rejected.
Transparent pricing
We show real price ranges, not vague "from" figures. Clients know what to expect before they reach out. Photographers who list honestly get better-qualified leads.
No booking fees — ever
We never take a cut of any booking. Clients pay nothing to post jobs or receive quotes. Photographers keep 100% of every job they win through the platform.
Built for Ireland
Irish-built, Irish-focused. Every feature is designed around how Irish couples, businesses, and photographers actually work — not copied from a US platform.
Listing Process

How we screen every application.

01
Application screening

Every submission is checked for genuine, coherent business and portfolio details. Spam, fake, or gibberish applications are declined at this stage.

02
Photographer responsibility

Photographers are responsible for holding any licensing (e.g. IAA drone operation) and insurance their work legally requires — we do not currently verify these documents ourselves.

03
Profile completeness

Bio, service descriptions, location, and pricing ranges must all be present and accurate before a listing goes live.
